SYNOPSIS
Young Rui Diaz de Vivar dreams of knighthood in medieval Castilla, but birthright and station won't hand him a sword. He sets out on a perilous journey across the kingdom to prove himself worthy of the honor he seeks, facing bandits, monsters, and the unforgiving landscape that separates a peasant boy from the life he's determined to claim. His path winds through treacherous forests and forgotten villages, each challenge teaching him that courage means more than a sharp blade. Along the way, Rui encounters unlikely companions: a wandering merchant with secrets, a girl fleeing her own troubled past, and others drawn together by fate or circumstance.
