Kuri Youji's short animated film offers a surrealist take on reality, centered on people shut inside a room. Its imagery is deliberately bizarre: a mouth waggles its tongue from inside a matchbox, a man walks into a house and comes back out with a finger where his head should be, and a woman becomes three men suspended by their heads after another man crawls into her belly. Naked and clothed figures, along with loose body parts, keep meeting and interacting with cube-shaped objects.
