Chirico Cuvie reunites with fellow members of the Red Shoulder unit, and together they set out to take revenge on Yoran Pailsen. What they do not know is that Yoran and his group have produced a Perfect Soldier called Ypsilon. Set between episodes 13 and 14 of the Armored Trooper Votoms TV series, this single-episode mecha action OVA fills in Chirico's time with the Red Shoulders and the people he served alongside, a part of his story the original show only touched on.
