Hideyoshi is a big, heavyset cat who seems to end up in the middle of every trouble that breaks out in the town of Atagoal. Atagoal is a place where cats that talk live side by side with human residents. Today the town is holding its carnival, and cats and people alike are out having a wonderful time. Hideyoshi is enjoying the party more than anyone.
