This is a victory lap disguised as a recap. The show trusts you enough to spend twenty minutes watching its own characters debate which of their fictional manga deserves an anime, turning meta-commentary into pure celebration of what you just finished. It's fan service that actually respects what fans are, people who spent two seasons learning how these specific stories got made.
