Dante doesn't just want to win, he wants to reach the thing every Blader dreams about, that moment when your Bey stops being a toy and becomes something alive. The show treats that bond seriously, not as power-of-friendship filler. What makes it land is watching two kids chase the same impossible evolution and realizing they're chasing different things entirely, and that's where the real story starts.

Valt Aoi, a legendary Blader, coaches a new generation of top Bladers at BC Sol in Spain. There, rookies Dante Koryu and Delta Zakuro watch Valt's newly evolved Gamma Bey, Sword Valtryek, blaze with golden light as it tears around the stadium. Moved by what this Hyper-Flux state could mean, both rookies want that same bond with their own Beys. Dante and his partner Bey, Ace Dragon, head for Japan, where Beyblade began. Formidable rivals and their Gamma Beys block the way, some of them among the greatest Bladers ever, and Dante comes to see that he must do whatever it takes to strengthen his bond with Dragon. The series is a sci-fi sports action adventure following their climb toward the top of the Blading world.
