Kiyohiko "Piyohiko" Saketome is heading to a band audition when he runs into Jaguar, an odd man lugging a large case that turns out to hold nothing but a small recorder. When Jaguar plays it, the recorder produces a gorgeous, impassioned sound like a guitar. Piyohiko is later taken on by a record company and learns that Jaguar is his new dorm roommate. Jaguar goes on to start a recorder class at their music school, and Piyohiko ends up enrolled in it instead of the guitar class he was hoping for. The three-episode comedy OVA with a musical bent is adapted from Usuta Kyousuke's gag manga, which ran in Shuukan Shounen Jump from 2000 to 2010.
