You're watching a supervillain organization that is genuinely, catastrophically bad at evil, and the show knows exactly how funny that is. Eagle Talon is a secret society headquartered in Kojimachi, Tokyo, and its goal is nothing less than taking over the world. Every scheme it hatches falls apart, though, because the superhero Deluxe Fighter always turns up to save the day. This short-form TV comedy draws its laughs from the frivolous everyday lives of the would-be conquerors as their ambitions keep getting thwarted.
