A boy made of noodles falls in love on a planet that was never meant to have him. The stop motion is so tactile, so deliberately strange, that you stop asking why it's made of pasta and start feeling what it means to be fundamentally wrong for the place you've chosen. It's a love story told in the language of things that don't fit, and it breaks you quietly.

Bologee is a little convex boy born on the Concave Planet, and what he wants more than anything is to reach another world called Convex Star. When he finally gets there, he falls in love with a girl from that planet, but the people who live there do not approve of the match. Told as a single surreal episode from Korea, this award-winning romantic drama is animated in stop motion using noodles.
