A boy carries a pregnancy to term. The film doesn't flinch from the nausea, the weight, the world's cruelty narrowing down to a single body that doesn't fit anywhere. What hits is how quiet it stays while describing something impossible, refusing both spectacle and sentiment, letting you sit in the discomfort instead of explaining it away. This is a graduate thesis that needed to exist. Few people have seen it. That needs to stop.

A young man discovers he is pregnant. As the weeks pass, he suffers through the pain of morning sickness while facing prejudice from the people around him. This psychological short film was created as a 2020 graduate work in the animation department of the Graduate School of Film and New Media at Tokyo University of the Arts.
