A team already broken twice shows up for a third game knowing they will lose. Tsubasa arrives in the second half like a promise finally kept, not a rescue. The match isn't about winning anymore, it's about whether you still believe in yourself when everyone else has stopped pretending you ever will.

Hyuga is struggling with an injured leg, and Misaki doubts himself as captain. Management reaches out to two absent stars, Wakabayashi in Germany and Tsubasa in Brazil, hoping they will join the team, but both turn down the request. Japan has to start its third match without them, until Tsubasa shows up during the second half and the squad starts to regain its strength and belief.
