Three hundred young strikers under eighteen are chosen for a contentious project called Blue Lock, where only one can emerge as the country's star forward. Yoichi Isagi joins them still stinging from a high school match he lost after passing the ball instead of shooting. Despite his doubts about the ethics of the project, he resolves to fight through its solo and team trials, even if that means crushing the dreams of every other player.
