Conan has solved murders in locked rooms and on moving trains; a stadium full of screaming fans and live cameras is just another puzzle with higher stakes. The bomber doesn't want money or revenge on one person, they want the whole world watching when their message detonates. A detective movie that turns a J-League match into a pressure cooker, where Conan has to catch a killer in real time while thousands of people around him have no idea they're sitting in a target zone.

After meeting some J-League professional players, Conan and his companions attend a big match between Tokyo Spirits and Gamba Osaka at Touto Stadium. During the game, Kogoro Mouri gets a call from an unknown person warning of a bomb, along with a riddle hinting at where it is. Conan has to work out the clue and protect the fans before time runs out. The culprit has more planned: a second bomb is set for a large event in the city, and Conan must crack another riddle, find the device and expose whoever is behind it. The film mixes mystery and adventure with comedy.
