Cobra finally stops running long enough to stay still for someone. The OVA digs into what Lady was before the metal, before the legend, when she was just Emeralda trying to survive a rigged system. Lady is in danger of ceasing to exist in the present. To save her, Cobra has to travel back into her past, to a time before she had her metal body and was still a woman of flesh and blood. The two-episode OVA tells the story of who Lady once was and how she ended up in that metal form. Along the way Cobra runs into dangerous enemies from his own history, and he has to be careful when he crosses paths with his earlier self.
