He has long stepped away from psychic conflict, but a government commander named Yamaki seeks him out to stop a cabal of evil psychics, led by Lady Kahn, that wants to rule the galaxy. To defeat him, Lady Kahn trains a young girl named Jessica into a powerful esper and brainwashes her into believing Locke killed her parents. The result is a sci-fi action film built around a clash of psychic power, and it was Nippon Animation's first theatrical feature.
