A talking deer steals your bag in a future city built on the ruins of your own, and somehow that's the least weird thing that happens. The romance blooms in the chaos, not despite it, two strangers running through neon and Buddhist temples, discovering each other in the time it takes most shows to finish their opening narration. Twenty-five minutes is all it needs.

In the 26th century, Shinichi's school trip to a rebuilt 21st century version of Nara takes a bizarre turn when a talking deer makes off with his bag. While chasing the animal through the streets, he gets separated from his classmates and meets Toto, a mysterious girl who says she has never been outside before and who is being pursued by strange people. The two end up touring the city together, and a bond forms between them that is put to the test when her aggressive pursuers close in. This one-episode OVA mixes comedy and romance, pairing a chaotic chase through a recreated historical city with a budding connection between two young people.
