Shuuichi Azuma, who has played baseball all his life, decides to give it up, and the choice sets off a fight with his best friend Kenta Saijou. As a powerful typhoon closes in, a mysterious red-eyed girl named Noruda, wearing an odd necklace, shows up with the storm. When lightning knocks out the school's power and sends her falling from an electrical tower, Azuma rushes out into the worsening weather to save her. The film mixes drama with science fiction and supernatural elements.
