Mako is a high school senior living in Tokyo in the autumn of 2020, a near future where computers have spread into almost every part of city life. Robots help staff fast food restaurants, and her friend Hiromi does a computer-based part-time job while waiting for her. With her own exams six months off, Mako is a little discouraged to learn that an artificial intelligence has already passed the high school tests. Then an earthquake warning arrives on her device, and an augmented reality view points her to the nearest safe exit from the mall. Conceived by Parasite Eve author Hideaki Sena, this single-episode science fiction short aired on NHK as part of a TV special.
