Anime Like Dallos
The first mecha anime nobody remembers watching the first mecha anime ever made. Dallos arrives in 1983 with no precedent to copy, no formula to lean on, no idea it's about to be forgotten. SYNOPSIS
The Moon promised humanity salvation. As Earth's population exploded and resources dwindled, lunar colonization seemed the answer: vast mineral wealth waiting to be extracted. But prosperity on Earth came at a cost paid by those who actually lived there. Shun Nonomura is a young colonist who stumbles upon something extraordinary: a massive alien structure buried beneath the lunar surface, dormant for millennia. When he accidentally activates it, he awakens a weapon of unimaginable power, and suddenly he becomes the most hunted man on the Moon. A shadowy government force called the Monopolice maintains iron-fisted control over the colony, crushing any hint of dissent. But Shun's discovery changes everything. A growing resistance movement sees him and his mysterious artifact as their only hope for liberation. Caught between forces far larger than himself, Shun must grapple with what it means to wield such terrible power while struggling to understand the alien structure's true purpose.
