The second season of Dokodemo Makibao continues the spin-off made to mark the 30th anniversary of Midori no Makibao. The comedy turns ordinary situations into contests, such as seeing who can gather the most trash on a beach or who can reach a department store basement first to claim food limited to one per person. The result is a sports comedy that plays everyday errands for laughs.
