A tired kid gets a robot cat from tomorrow and learns that magic gadgets can't fix what's actually broken inside him. Each episode is a small disaster that teaches something real without ever stopping to lecture you about it. Doraemon doesn't change Nobita, it just keeps showing up to let him try again, and somehow that's enough.

A blue robot cat emerges from Nobita's desk drawer and introduces himself as Doraemon. He has been sent from the 22nd century on a crucial mission: fix the countless mistakes young Nobita is destined to make, since the boy's future descendants are counting on him to turn their family's fortune around. The catch is that Nobita ranks last in his class academically and athletically, making him perhaps the least equipped person to succeed at anything. Fortunately, Doraemon carries a four-dimensional pocket stocked with gadgets from the future. With each peculiar device, our robotic savior attempts to steer Nobita toward better choices and brighter outcomes. The problem: Nobita keeps misusing these tools, landing himself in even more trouble than before. What follows is a revolving cycle of well-intentioned interventions spiraling into unexpected comedy, where the cure proves as troublesome as the disease.
