Riding a newly invented vehicle called PingPong, with the powerful Arale and Gaccahn at his side, Dr. Slump sets off on a wacky quest to collect the ingredients. The problem is that he is thoroughly unreliable, to the point of mistaking a dryer for a light gun. The result is a goofy comedy adventure built around whether his romantic wish can come true.
