SYNOPSIS
Dr. Slump is hopelessly in love with Ms. Yamabuki, but he's too much of a nervous wreck to actually tell her. Everything changes when he discovers a videotape left behind by his father: instructions for a love potion that will make anyone fall for him. The catch? He needs the nose dirt of Dr. Slump himself and tears from King Gyasuka, a terrifying ruler said to live deep on Wonder Island. Armed with nothing but a ridiculous vehicle called PingPong and accompanied by the super-strong robot girl Arale and his dimwitted companion Gaccahn, Dr. Slump sets off on an absurd quest to find the ingredients. The problem is, Dr. Slump is hilariously incompetent. He mistakes a dryer for a weapon. He can barely function without causing disaster. What unfolds is pure comedic chaos as this bumbling inventor and his quirky crew wade through island dangers, monster encounters, and constant mishaps.
