SYNOPSIS
Arale and the gang find themselves caught up in the opening ceremony of Dream Metropolis, a gleaming new mechanical city built entirely from advanced robots and automation. When a massive mecha police force malfunctions during the grand celebration, chaos erupts across the shiny streets. Senbei and his creation must work alongside the bumbling mechanical officers to restore order before the whole city tears itself apart. What starts as a simple trip to see the technological wonder becomes a comedic scramble through neon-lit districts and mechanical mishaps. Arale's innocent strength and peculiar logic prove surprisingly useful when conventional solutions fail spectacularly.
