Nobody remembers this one exists, and that's the tragedy. A gag manga adaptation from 1994 where the entire movie is built around a shark that doesn't want to leave town, and somehow that's enough because Dr. Slump's comedy doesn't need stakes, just timing and a cast unhinged enough to treat a shark rescue like it's the most important crisis in the world.
