A two-part Dr. Slump special from 1998, broadcast between the fourteenth and fifteenth episodes of the second Dr. Slump series. Going by its title, the first half is a robot showdown built around Dr. Mashirito's arrival as an arch rival, and the second half centers on a Penguin Grand Prix. Expect a comedy with a science fiction flavor.
