SYNOPSIS
Koujirou arrives in Tokyo from rural Hokkaido with one non-negotiable companion: Hikarikin, his beloved horse. His plans to fit in and pursue the affections of Yuka get complicated when an alien king from the planet Wedelun shows up and hands him a transformation belt. Now he's the designated Miracle Hero, responsible for protecting Earth from extraterrestrial threats. The problem is that Koujirou's priorities remain firmly terrestrial. Between fending off space invaders and dealing with his scheming rival Michinari, who's equally determined to win Yuka's heart, Koujirou stumbles through each day with the chaos and charm of someone still getting used to city life. What emerges is a comedy about a country boy juggling cosmic responsibility with crushingly ordinary teenage concerns, all while hauling a horse through the most inconvenient situations. The show runs on the kind of absurdist humor that thrives when serious stakes collide with completely sincere goofiness, making for comedy that builds its laughs from genuine character confusion rather than winking at the audience.
