Tokio travels with his father Amon to Elevenia, a country devoted to soccer, where the two watch a parade for the Winners, the nation's top team. Amon challenges Leon, the Winners' captain, to a match and loses, and Leon turns him into a tiny dragon. Tokio sees the whole contest. Resolved to make his father human again, he decides to take on Leon himself. The result is a comedy that blends sports action with fantasy, where a soccer game can carry magical consequences.
