Mink is half-dragon, half-human, and wholly determined to score tickets to her favorite idol's concert. Her mother is a dragon and her father a retired knight who once hunted them. Dick Saucer, the world's most famous teen heartthrob, happens to also be a dragon hunter. Her friends Pia, a dwarf, and Lufa, an elf healer whose other spells tend to misfire, come along for the ride. Her quest gets complicated fast. The kingdom's corrupt ruler wants to capture Mink as leverage against her mother, the dragon. The king's spiteful daughter uses her magic to try to wreck Mink's plans for no better reason than malice. The two-episode OVA uses its fantasy setup as a playground for comedy, keeping the tone light and silly.
