SYNOPSIS
Lu Mingfei is a perfectly ordinary high school student with zero ambitions, content to spend his days gaming and coasting through life. Everything changes when he receives an impossibly generous scholarship offer from Cassell College in Chicago. Suspicious of the whole thing, he eventually decides to take the chance, only to discover the school exists for a purpose far beyond academics: training hunters to fight an ancient evil that has walked the earth since the beginning of time. Dragons are real, they're dangerous, and humanity has been waging a secret war against them for centuries. Now Lu finds himself caught between two worlds, learning to master powers he never knew existed while uncovering the truth about his own connection to this hidden conflict. As mysterious classmates reveal their own secrets and dangerous missions pile up, Lu must decide whether he's willing to abandon his ordinary life completely and embrace the extraordinary destiny thrust upon him.
