Yuuko's chaos finally gets a leash, and watching Kirie try to wrangle a ghost through ridiculous games is exactly the kind of earned character moment the series deserved. The OVA stops pretending it needs a mystery to solve and just lets everyone be funny together. You get the sense this was made for the people who actually stuck around, not for new viewers or plot completionists.

Yuuko's antics keep sending new ghost stories around the school. Kirie has had enough, so she challenges Yuuko to a series of games with one condition: if Yuuko loses, she has to behave herself. Later, the Paranormal Investigation Club looks into a string of stories, and each one leads the members into another odd situation.
