Yuria Aikawa arrives at Omega High School, an elite academy where exam results rule and the top scorers on the student council, above all its president, hold real authority. She looks like an ordinary girl who loves having fun and adores her boyfriend Shuri, but she is actually a genius who finishes first on every exam. After becoming student council president, she tries all sorts of ways to make campus life more enjoyable. The six OVA episodes play the premise as a romantic comedy, drawing humor from the gap between how Yuria appears and what she can really do.
