A girl's daydreams aren't escape, they're parallel lives collapsing into each other. Rin exists in a thousand worlds at once, and every friendship she's built across them is real enough to break when reality tears. This is what it feels like when imagination stops protecting you and starts dragging you under.

Rin exists between worlds. Her constant daydreaming pulls her consciousness across countless realities: some barely removed from our own, others steeped in impossible magic and supernatural logic. Within each of these fractured dimensions, she finds the same five girls, her steadfast companions no matter which reality she inhabits. Then everything begins to unravel. The worlds start collapsing into one another, their boundaries dissolving as one reality turns into the next. When one of them falls apart, the memories of the five girls return to life in our world. By following the trail Rin left behind, they move toward a truth that waits at its end, and to get there they choose to speak to us and to the world. This single-episode fantasy ONA serves as an animated promotion for the VTuber project VERSEⁿ.
