SYNOPSIS
Ao Fukai is a twelve-year-old boy living on Iwado, a remote Okinawan island where political tensions simmer beneath the surface. His father vanished years ago, his mother taken by mysterious forces, leaving him to navigate childhood with only an old doctor for family. Everything changes when a catastrophic force called Secret emerges and begins assaulting the island's Scub Coral, an alien organism that has integrated itself into the local ecosystem. Desperate to defend his home, Ao commandeers Nirvash, an experimental military mecha, and pilots it into combat. But protecting Iwado means confronting far larger questions about his family's secrets, the nature of the Scub Coral, and what forces are really at work on the island. His childhood friend Naru possesses unusual abilities tied to her own traumatic past, and together they become entangled in a conflict that stretches far beyond their small community. What begins as a fight for survival becomes a journey into conspiracy, identity, and the weight of inherited mysteries. Ao must choose between the life he knows and the truths he's been running from.
