A kid raised by a martial arts master fights his way through an entire underworld to kill the gang that murdered his father. The show never blinks, it swaps between absurdist comedy and genuine brutality so fast you're laughing at a joke about noodles one second and watching someone get their face caved in the next. Ramenman himself is a weapon pretending to be a person, and every fight is him choosing whether to stay that way or become something else.

Victory Ramenman is said to be the strongest fighter in a land where Chinese kung fu, Japanese karate, South Korean taekwondo and other martial arts styles meet, among Shaolin-trained warriors and men who can carve into a mountainside. As a boy he saw his father Somenman killed by the Cobra Gang, which still runs wild. The wise old Chen Sou-Mei took him in, and for twelve years Ramenman trained under him in the Essential Battle Dragon style of Choujin martial arts. Now he travels the land with his young sidekick Shao-Mai to avenge his father, taking on a string of villains along the way in an action adventure mixed with comedy.
