This is pure wish fulfillment dressed as a bedtime story. Two kids with a bond that never breaks, living out every fantasy a child whispers before sleep: riding swans through space, building houses with aliens, fishing in impossible places. The show doesn't try to be anything except permission to believe that if you have someone who loves you that much, you can go anywhere.

Twin Monchichi siblings wake each day ready for whatever magic the world throws at them. Monchichi-kun charges forward with fearless confidence, armed with fishing skills and an adventurer's heart, though he can be rash at times. His sister Monchichi-chan trails behind him. She cries easily but loves her brother fiercely, and he looks out for her in return. Together they share strange and wondrous adventures every day. They wander into impossible places: riding a swan from the swan constellation out into space and building a little house alongside aliens. Anything a child might wish to do, these twins can do. The result is a warm, gentle comedy in short episodes, built on wonder, sibling affection and hope for the future.
