A woman who has been the antagonist suddenly becomes the only one who can save everyone, then reveals she's been building something that could reshape entire worlds. The Paranoids, a race of alien humanoids, and the Solenoids, an all-female race, remain locked in a war that has lasted for centuries. Lufy and her friends only just stopped the destruction of the ninth system, home to the planet Terra, and now they find themselves rescued by captain Catty Nebulart. Catty races to finish her greatest achievement, a machine spanning an entire planet that can bring life to a barren world, while hoping to bring the pointless war to an end.
