Its masked commander on Earth, Berg Katse, carries out those orders and sends robot monsters into battle. To counter them, the ISO's Dr. Nambu forms a squad of five young fighters known as Gatchaman, the Science Commandos. Wearing bird-themed costumes and using scientific powers and personal weapons, leader Ken, reckless Joe, Jun, young Jinpei and powerful Ryu stand ready wherever Gallactor attacks.
