Kaiservern, the very first Gear ever made, has been stolen. In the hands of an unidentified fighter, it defeats the prize winners of the Australia convention one by one. Kouya and Manganji, who took a prize at the Asia Convention, become targets as well. When the mystery fighter controlling Kaiservern confronts them, the two boys choose to team up and fight together to beat their opponent. The film is a sports story built around Gear battles.
