SYNOPSIS
Simon spends his days digging through endless rock in the depths of an underground village, content with his quiet, unremarkable life. Everything changes when he meets Kamina, a charismatic dreamer with wild ambitions and even wilder confidence. Kamina's convinced that a world exists beyond their cavern ceiling, and he wants to break through and reach it. When catastrophe strikes from above and monsters threaten to obliterate everything, Simon and Kamina discover an ancient robot buried beneath the village. Piloting this machine becomes their only shot at survival, and they realize Kamina might have been right about what lies beyond. Joined by Yoko, a fierce warrior with a sniper rifle, the pair launches a desperate campaign to protect their people and uncover the truth about their world. What begins as a simple escape attempt transforms into something far grander. These three kids will face increasingly impossible odds, forge bonds that transcend friendship, and learn that sometimes the biggest victories require belief in the impossible. Raw determination and willpower become their greatest weapons.
