Saiki Misaki has been able to see and speak with ghosts for as long as she can remember. She consults for a secret city division that handles supernatural cases, and she also works as a dominatrix at an S&M club, where her talent for taming men's strange desires has won her a devoted following. In her spare time she helps lost spirits understand that they have died so they can pass on to the other world. Her unusual abilities keep an ordinary life out of reach. She contends with obsessive fans and stalkers, a perverted employer, and a past marked by hardship and loneliness. The four-episode OVA mixes comedy, drama, horror and ecchi elements in a supernatural story.
