A group of kids trying to save a failing inn through cooking somehow becomes the setup for three girls to develop sudden, all-consuming feelings for the same guy at the exact same time. The show knows this makes no sense and doesn't care. What you get is pure romantic chaos played for laughs, where the cooking competition becomes secondary to watching three different girls find increasingly absurd ways to win Haruhiko's attention while he's just trying to keep the inn from collapsing.
Haruhiko and his friends rally around Kirino's family inn, which faces closure as a fancy new hotel threatens to steal all the business. Their solution: cook exceptional meals that bring customers flooding back. It's a solid plan until a strange phenomenon strikes. Three of the girls (Yukari, Chisa, and Rinka) suddenly develop intense romantic feelings for Haruhiko all at once. What began as a team effort to rescue the inn turns into a heated rivalry, with each girl determined to win his attention while the cooking goes on. The special balances light romance with comedy as Haruhiko finds himself caught between culinary ambitions and unexpected romantic chaos. The girls' competing feelings create awkward, funny moments both in and out of the kitchen. There's charm in watching this unlikely group work together despite their personal drama, and genuine stakes in whether their food actually saves Kirino's family business. If you want something quick that mixes romance, comedy, and food with a chaotic harem energy, this captures that energy in one tight package.
