Junichi Nagase rescues a girl from a group of boys harassing her, then walks off without asking her name. The next day she turns up in his class as a transfer student, Yuuhi Katagiri, the carefully guarded daughter of a prominent family. A misunderstanding leads Junichi to kiss her, and she is horrified, branding him a perverted idiot and telling him to drop dead. Then comes the real shock: Junichi's father has arranged for Yuuhi to become his future wife. Unable to defy her own father, Yuuhi moves into the house Junichi shares with his younger sister Minato, determined to prove he is unfit to be her husband. Their clashes drive a romantic comedy in which the question is whether she will make her case or fall for him along the way.
