Nobody remembers this one. Five kids with nothing but their differences and each other, moving through a world that doesn't demand anything from them except to show up. The show trusts that watching them figure out who they are, Kabuto's steadiness against Arashi's chaos, Hinoki's quiet competence, Kinoko and Kodama finding their place in the middle, is enough. It is. This is a show for people who don't need saving or spectacle, just the specific warmth of five separate people becoming a unit. By the end you're not waiting for something to happen. You're just grateful you got to watch it.
Kabuto, Hinoki, Arashi, Kinoko and Kodama Morino are quintuplets who share all kinds of adventures together. Each of the five siblings has a talent and a personality of their own, and the series follows the group from one adventure to the next across a 50-episode television run that began in 2001.
