The triplets subvert every expectation you have about them in the same breath they establish it. Each sister is a different flavor of chaos, sadistic, perverted, dangerously strong, and the show never settles into a rhythm where you can predict the punchline. The comedy comes from watching three fundamentally broken kids absolutely dismantle their exhausted teacher, one escalation at a time, and realizing the quiet one is somehow the scariest of all.

Three sisters. One classroom. Absolute chaos. Mitsuba, Futaba, and Hitoha are eleven-year-old triplets, and they share almost nothing except a last name and a talent for making life difficult. Mitsuba has a sadistic streak and acts far older than her age. Futaba pairs athletic skill with a perverted mind and the strength of a grown man. Hitoha seems quiet and gentle, yet when pressed she may be the most sadistic and perverted of the three. Their new homeroom teacher, the freshly graduated Yabe Satoshi, finds class 6-3 packed with eccentric kids, and the triplets are the worst of them. The girls push him around, pester him with endless antics, and now and then treat him roughly. They also decide to pair him with the clumsy new school nurse, Kuriyama Aiko, even though Yabe has no interest in dating her, and their methods are anything but ordinary. Mitsudomoe is an elementary school gag comedy built on misunderstandings and strange situations, so Yabe never gets a dull day.
