This is a fishing anime where the stakes are actually cosmic. Musashi isn't just chasing trophy catches, he's racing other obsessed fishermen for objects that reshape reality, and every competition means something. The show treats a kid with a fishing rod the same way shonen treats a kid with a sword, and it commits completely to that tonal shift.
Musashi Kazama casts his line across the globe with one obsession: catching the seven Legenders. These legendary fish-shaped lures aren't just trophies for a mantle. Legend says whoever finds them gains the power to change, or even rule, the world. Musashi's got the skills and the hunger, but he's not alone in this hunt. Other fishermen, equally desperate and determined, chase the same prize with their own dreams of dominance riding on every cast. Accompanied by his two friends, Musashi journeys in search of Legenders hidden all over the world. The competition turns fierce as rivals and enemies try to block his path. Through fishing battle after fishing battle, he picks up super techniques and uncovers special lures. The series pairs fishing sport with globe-trotting adventure, where catching a fish matters because it might change the world.
