SYNOPSIS
Dorothy wakes up with no memory of who she is, only to discover she's wanted dead by every criminal organization in East Asia. The Shanghai Longu-bang have finally tracked down the con artist who played them for fools, and they're hungry for vengeance. Trapped in Taipei with nothing but a blank slate and a target on her back, Dorothy strikes a precarious deal with a local crime boss who sees potential in her situation: help him navigate the treacherous power struggles of the city's underworld, and he'll help her survive long enough to piece together who she really was. What unfolds is a tense game of cat and mouse through neon-lit streets and shadowy dealings. Dorothy must outthink enemies who know her reputation while simultaneously chasing fragments of a past that could explain why so many people want her dead. Trust becomes currency more valuable than money when your only ally is someone with just as much to gain from keeping you alive as from handing you over to the highest bidder. Survival demands she become the master manipulator everyone fears, whether she remembers how or not.
