This isn't a recap that apologizes for existing, it's a reconstruction that makes you feel the match again like you're watching it for the first time. The animation breathes in places the original didn't, and the sound design turns silence into tension, making every spike and block land harder than you remember. Karasuno versus Shiratorizawa becomes something you need to experience a second time, not something you're settling for rewatching. Built for people who already love this team, not as a gateway.

Karasuno High School's volleyball team reaches the Spring Tournament finals, where the winner earns the right to represent Miyagi Prefecture at nationals. Standing in their way is Shiratorizawa Academy, three-time defending prefectural champion and home to Wakatoshi Ushijima, counted among Japan's top three aces. After Ushijima belittles Karasuno directly, first-years Shouyou Hinata and Tobio Kageyama vow to beat his team and take its place at nationals. This compilation film retells that match from the third season of the TV anime, pitting underdog Karasuno against a lineup stacked with nationally ranked players. It is a sports drama with comic touches, built on the team's resolve to use every weapon it has.
