Anime Like Haitai Nanafa
A family runs a soba shop in Okinawa, and three spirits move in after a seal breaks. SYNOPSIS
Nanafa Kyan's ordinary life in Okinawa revolves around her family's soba shop, her high school sister Nao, and her supernatural-sensitive younger sister Kokona. Everything shifts when a seal breaks on an ancient Chinese banyan tree, releasing three restless spirits into the world. Among them are Niina and Raana, mischievous jimunaa who thrive on chaos, and Iina, a spirited guardian born from Okinawan folklore. What starts as a contained accident spirals into something bigger as more supernatural beings begin appearing around town, drawn to Nanafa and her family like moths to flame. Between managing the soba shop, keeping her sisters in line, and dealing with an ever-growing parade of spirits, Nanafa discovers that her quiet island home sits at the intersection of the mundane and magical. Comedy erupts from watching her try to maintain normalcy while surrounded by mischievous, demanding supernatural roommates who have zero respect for human convention.
