Hangyodon and his friends bounce between three eras in this three-part comedic sci-fi OVA. First, one of Itaro's inventions, the Time Closet, sends the group into the past for a prehistoric adventure among dinosaurs. Next they jump to the 25th century to stop Xian Long Bao and rescue Princess Kingyochan and her father, the emperor Chuuka Taijin, and along the way they may meet someone they already know. Finally, Hangyodon, Sayuri and Otamaro are sent back to the Edo period at the urging of a rich old sea otter and his ghostly ancestor, who want their golden Kannon statue heirloom recovered. There they hear of the Full-Moon Kozou, a thief expected to take the statue when the next full moon arrives.
