SYNOPSIS
Hangyodon and his peculiar crew keep getting yanked through time by Itaro's malfunctioning Time Closet invention, landing in three wildly different eras with three wildly different problems. First stop: a dinosaur-filled past where survival means outsmarting prehistoric creatures and figuring out how they got there in the first place. Then it's a leap forward to the glitzy 25th century, where an evil threat named Xian Long Bao is holding a princess hostage, and the gang discovers that fate has a sense of humor about who shows up to help. Finally, they're shipped back to feudal Edo Japan on a treasure hunt for a golden statue, courtesy of a wealthy sea otter and his ghost ancestor who apparently have deep pockets and deep regrets. What holds this trio of adventures together is the same chaotic energy: Hangyodon and friends are woefully unprepared for every situation they face, but they stumble forward anyway with comedic desperation. Time travel becomes less about fixing paradoxes and more about surviving the next five minutes. Fast-paced and silly, with genuine stakes hiding behind the jokes.
