A girl too young to chase her own dream builds one for someone else instead. Miho is an eleven-year-old girl who dreams of becoming a fashion designer, but her aunt and three cousins mock her designs and doubt that someone so young could have real talent. A contest to crown a new Disco Queen is approaching, and since Miho is too young to take part, she hopes to create a dress for someone else to wear, including her little sister Shuri. When her aunt ruins the dress, the Fairies of Fanland answer Miho's prayer and turn her into Lala, a sixteen-year-old top designer. The result is a single-episode magical girl OVA with a Cinderella flavor.
